On June 10, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the second-batch list of 2019 coordinated and promoted major project plan, and non-pneumatic tire project is included, which is invested by Shenzhen Kingtitan Technology Co., Ltd. with RMB 350 Million Yuan.
Located in Yulin, Guangxi, the project will build 10 (equivalent to 30 traditional) multi-station high-speed tire production lines, and build comprehensive laboratory, polymer material experiment center, structural test center and testing center, and tire testing base. The preliminary work for the preparation of the project is currently underway, and it is expected that the construction will begin in November 2019.
Shenzhen Kingtitan has another production base in Qinzhou, Guangxi, with a total investment of RMB 3 Billion Yuan, of which Phase I investment is RMB 500 Million Yuan for the construction of 20 automated production lines. It plans to build an intelligent manufacture base with an annual production capacity of 10 million environmental non-pneumatic tires within the next five years.
