On May 21, the first radial OTR tire in the production base of Guangxi Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. successfully rolled off the production line. At this point, Guangxi Linglong has possessed the production capacity of semi-steel tires, all-steel tires and OTR tires.
The project has a total investment of RMB 4 Billion Yuan, is equipped with world-class tire production equipment, and utilizes intellectualized production systems such as SAP, MES, vulcanization group control, etc., realizing a deep integration of industrialization and informatization. After the project is completed, it will achieve a production capacity of 20 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires, 2 million all-steel radial tires and 60 thousand radial OTR tires.
It is also known that the first batch of tires in Linglong Tire Hubei Jingmen Factory is expected to officially roll off the production line in July. As the fourth factory of Linglong Tire in China, Jingmen Factory will be built according to the standards of whole-field intelligentization, complete-process automatization and all-round greenization. After the production, it will realize an annual production capacity of 14.46 million high-performance radial tires.
