First Automatic Concentrated Latex Processing Production Line of Hainan Rubber was Put into Production

In this June, Hainan Rubber Group united with relevant enterprises to successfully develop new technology of concentrated natural latex preserved without ammonia, the first automatic concentrated latex processing production line was put into production in Jinlong Processing Factory at the end of August, which could improve the labor production rate by 10% and save the labor cost by 30%.

By sustainable innovation and iteration of the processes such as solidification, drying and packaging, this production line realized upgrading of processing automation technology, reduce the processing cost pressure, could effectively drive the technological progress of the industry and promote the natural rubber industry to realize high-quality development with quality improvement, consumption reduction, efficiency enhancement and green and sustainable development as the main directions.

According to the information, Hainan Rubber focuses on changing the original concept of “emphasizing the agriculture and despising the trade and emphasizing the agriculture and ignoring the industry” and is planning overall industrial chain development of rubber industry and developing the industrial layout with natural rubber “3+1” as the main body, that is, “rubber new materials, rubber medicine, high-end manufacturing of rubber + eco-friendly ecological rubber plantation economic complex”. In the next step, Hainan Rubber Group will accelerate the optimization and upgrading of overall industrial chain covering rubber plantation, collection, processing, trading and high-end manufacturing.
