On June 29, Henan Association for Science and Technology organized experts to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of the project “CTP Process and Device for Ccontinuous Flow Synthesis of Anticoke Agent” completed by Tangyin Yongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. Expert group agreed that this project led at home and suggested to accelerate popularize application so as to meet the market demand.
According to the evaluation of the expert group, the innovation of this project is reflected in three aspects:
Firstly, it solves the difficult technical problem that the CTP of liquid-liquid-solid heterogeneous reaction synthesis of anticoke agent is difficult to carry on continuously and realizes the continuous production. Secondly, it improves the reaction yield and production efficiency compared with the traditional batch kettle production. The reaction yield is over 95% and the product purity is over 99%. Thirdly, it greatly reduces the COD content of wastewater.
According to the introduction of the project leader, the test of the third-party authority shows that the all indexes of the products produced by this device meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 24801-2009; the feedback from tire customers proves that the product quality is stable; and analysis of the project results shows that this project has significant economic and social benefits.
