MIIT Released the Fourth Batch of Green Manufacturing Disclosure List

On July 18, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (hereinafter referred as MIIT) website disclosed the list of the fourth batch of green manufacturing. In the disclosure list of 611 green factories, ten rubber enterprises including Anhui Sennics Co., Ltd. were listed, as shown in Table 1.

There are 15 products/series from eight enterprises involved in the list of green-design products. Hereinto, Sailun Group Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Doublestar Tire Industrial Co., Ltd. each recommended four products/series, accounting for more than half, as shown in Table 2.

It is known that the assessment standard applicable to green-design products is the group standard of Technical Specification for Green-design Product Assessment: Auto Tires (No. TCPCIF/0011-2018), which was jointly issued by CPCIF and CRIA on May 28, 2018, and was officially implemented on August 27, 2018.

The green-design highlights of these auto tires are:

It is required that the content of Hbay produced by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (hereinafter referred as PAH) sampled from different parts of the finished tire  is ≤0.35% (wt), the content of lead, mercury and hexavalent chromium is ≤ 0.1% (wt), and the cadmium content is ≤ 0.01% (wt). It is also required to use environmental protection auxiliaries. Benzoapyrene of environmentally friendly operating oil <1mg/kg, and the total content of eight PAHs <10mg/kg;

In terms of tire performance limit requirements, according to the Tire Grading Standard T/CRIA 11003-2016, the rolling resistance and wet performance limits of C1 and C2 tires are above Grade C, C3 tires are above Grade D, and the rolling noise meets the limit requirements of ECE R117 Stage I;

The corresponding limits are set for resource and energy consumption, resource reuse and pollutant discharge.
