The three-highs (high content, high fineness and high temperature stability) rubber vulcanizing agent insoluble sulfur project with an annual capacity of 15 thousand tons developed by Shandong Sinorgchem Technology Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance of environmental protection on completion on September 28.
This project, located at New Material Industrial Park, Caoxian County, with total investment of 96 Million Yuan, started construction in December 2017. Its main work and environmental work were completed in March 2019. And the production facility and the supporting environmental protection facility ran normally in May 2019.
This technical upgrading is to reform the existing three-high rubber vulcanizing agent insoluble sulfur production facility with an annual capacity of 15 thousand tons by the manufacturing technique of medium-temperature one-step process instead of expanding the production capacity so as to improve the level of essential safety, enhance the uniformity and stability of quality and lower the production cost.
