Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (GRM) successfully contracted with a domestic client for the first over one-hundred million order of vulcanizing machine on October 8, which made GRM a firm footing in the rubber machinery industry though there were market downturn and firece competition.
The machine type of this order is the classical model of GRM, involving 63.5-inch and 65.5-inch of all-steel mechanical vulcanizing machines. The signing of this project has laid a solid foundation for production and management of the company in 2020 and shows that GRM’s excellent product brand and service are getting attentions and favors from clients of many famous tire companies.
At present, GRM is promoting the process optimization and investment in technological upgrading by graudally optimizing the process and technique of key parts, increasing more high-performance CNC specialized equipment and improving the employees’ working environment to decrease the cost, increase the efficiency and instill new vitality into the development of the company. Meanwhile, GRM will also start from the delicacy management of products, including optimizing its product types, refining on design and manufacture and accelerate the pace of product optimization and upgrading, so as to develop new core competence for the company.
