After Transformation with 800 Million Yuan, This Tire Enterprise Realized “Unmanned Workshop”

Lately, “Technological Transformation Project of Improving Environmental Protection and Safety Level, Automatic Logistics, Etc.” (Second Phase of Safety and Environmental Protection Technological Transformation) invested by CHENG SHIN RUBBER (XIAMEN) IND., LTD. passed the approval of the environmental protection department.

Previously, CHENG SHIN RUBBER invested 250 Million Yuan to carry out “(First Phase) Safety and Environmental Protection Project” in 2017, the project has passed the acceptance of the environmental protection department and operates well. The Second Phase Technological Transformation Project will adopt independently developed tire automatic handling and intelligent three-dimensional storage system with proprietary intellectual property right to realize whole-course automatic and intelligent logistics process. Meanwhile, advanced one-off shaping machine will be introduced, together with the equipment such as Maxxis manipulator and automatic piler, to further improve the safety and environmental protection level and lower the unit energy consumption of the product.

Addition, logistics conveying technological transformation is carried out for shaping, powder spraying, vulcanization, external inspection, racking, etc. in 10 work-shops including shaping, vulcanization, testing, etc., and 20 automatic logistics conveying lines will be realized after completion of technological transformation.
