First Phase Intelligentization Workshop of 1.20 Million Pieces of All-steel Tires newly built by Prinx Chengshan adopts internationally leading intelligent equipment, with the product quality, manufacturing efficiency and cost control obviously improved. The production efficiency of the most advanced vulcanizing machine adopted by the company is improved by over 10% compared with that of the original one, with the qualifying rate improved by 0.3%, which can increase the profit of 100,000 Yuan for the enterprise each day.
According to the information, Rongcheng City has included the Tire Intelligentization Project of Chengshan as the projects “hitting the target of Ten Billion Yuan”. Among it, the All-steel Tire Intelligentization Project is predicted to be completed and put into production in June 2020; the Semi-steel High-performance Radial Tire Project will newly increase 1.75 million pieces of high-performance semi-steel radial tires and build a production base of Ten Million pieces of semi-steel radial tires, which is planned to be completed and put into production in July 2020 and is under equipment installation and commissioning at present.
