On October 23, 2019, the high-performance radial tire project (phase I) with annual output of 15 million invested by Anhui Aston Tire Co., Ltd. with 1.2 Billion Yuan was put into production.
The project is implemented in two phases. For the completed phase I, the production is conducted in a rented standardized plant that covers an area of 37 thousand㎡ and has the total building area of 22 thousand㎡, where two tire production lines for new energy vehicles as well as the supporting facilities have been build and produce 9 million and 6 million units of radial tires per year respectively. The annual consumption of natural rubber is 9.8 thousand tons and the rubber polymer is 8 thousand tons.
Anhui Aston Tire Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2018 with the registered capital of 100 Million Yuan by Zhejiang Wenzhou Liwang Tire Co., Ltd. It was relocated in Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province due to the municipal construction in the original site. The company is specialized in producing new energy vehicle tires and the inner and outer cover of special cycle tires, the products of which are mainly sold to Europe and America, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
