In 2019, a batch of intelligent projects were commenced and completed in rubber industry. In March, Doublestar Group established the first “Industry 4.0” Intelligent Factory in Green Ecological Recycling of Waste Rubber in the world. In June, the First Phase Project of Intelligent Production and Management Execution System (MES) of Sennics was successfully completed in Anhui Tongling Factory, and Anhui Sennics Factory realized improvement of “intelligent production capacity”. In October, “Industry 4.0” Intelligent Factory of Doublestar Dongfeng Tire had trial production, and “Industry 4.0” Project in Green Ecological Industrialization of Waste Rubber of Doublestar Hubei Yikesida was commenced. In December, the project of the tires for trucks and passenger cars constructed by Hubei Linglong according to high standard was put into production to vigorously promote Linglong Tire to transform and upgrade toward production intelligentization and product high-end orientation; the first tire of Intelligent All-steel Tire Project with an annual output of 1.20 million tires of Jiangsu General was produced successful, and the project aimed at building an Industry 4.0 Model Factory with automation, informatization and greening oriented. All-steel Intelligent Workshop with an annual output of 1.20 million tires newly-built by Prinx Chengshan according to Industry 4.0 standard adopted internationally leading MES system and intelligent equipment and realized the upgrading from artificial logistics operation to all automatic operation. The intelligent projects with an annual output of 26000 all-steel small and medium-sized OTRs and 4968 all-steel giant engineering radial tires of Guizhou Tyre were commenced in November and December respectively. In addition, two intelligent projects in the engineering rubber field were commenced on October 9, which were respectively: digital intelligent manufacturing workshop project with an investment of 130 Million Yuan by Fengze Intelligent Equipment and intelligent manufacturing factory project with an investment of 300 Million Yuan by Hengshui CRCPR Engineering Rubber.
