On March 4, “Key Technology and Complete Equipment for Efficient Recycling of Returned Complex Rubber Resources of Tire” project of Taixing City Shuang Yang Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. won the Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Jiangsu Province.
Improving the recycling rate of leftover materials of rubber parts generated during tire production process is an important approach of tire production enterprises to lower the cost. Dividing and cutting machine of returned complex rubber developed by Shuang Yang Mechanical Engineering can cut different rubbers such as tread rubber, sidewall rubber and lining rubber, with the cutting rate reaching over 90%. One equipment can replace 40 workers, and the production cost of 15 Million Yuan at least can be lowered for one factory with a daily output of ten thousand tires each year.
At the beginning of this year, the enterprise received the order of over 10 Million Yuan. At the end of March, the enterprise received the order of 15 Million Yuan from Guizhou Tyre. The enterprise has acquired the land of 16 mu in Thailand and invested over 50 Million Yuan to build a machinery processing factory to further expand the international market.
