On March 5, Qingdao Special Steel Co., Ltd. decided to carry out the continued construction project of eco-friendly removal, with a total investment of 4.983 Billion Yuan and an annual output of 1.13 million tons of base materials such as 500000 tons of tire cord steel and steel for tire bead.
The location of this project is inside the current factory of Qingdao Special Steel, West Coast New Area, Qingdao City, and close to Dongjiakou Port. With a total duration of 21 months (including handling of formalities), the project is initially planned to be completed in the next half of 2021.
The construction of this project will optimize the product stricture of Qingdao Special Steel, enrich the category and specification of bar and wire materials, have further scale production of superior products such as steel for cord and bead and steel for welding, thus improving the added value of the products, enhancing the competitive advantage of Qingdao Special Steel and continuing to keep the leading position of steel for welding, steel for high grade cord and steel for high-strength bead wire in domestic market.
