60,000 tons of wet-process rubber production line puts into operation

On August 12, the production line of China's Yunjiao Group (Yunnan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd.) with an annual output of 60,000 tons of wet-process TSR20 rubber was completed and put into operation at the plant in Mengpeng, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna.

The project uses natural gas as a drying energy source to solve pollution problems such as dust caused by using traditional energy. As a unique rubber for high-performance tires, TSR20 can better meet the production needs of high-performance tires. It can improve the quality and price of rubber, reduce the labor intensity of rubber tapping, and reduce waste emissions from the rubber industry.

The "Jinfeng" brand TSR20 rubber produced by the Bashatian Rubber Plant of Yunjiao Group has become a deliverable commodity registered and certified by the Shanghai International Energy Trading Center. Yunjiao Group's "Yunxiang" and "Jinfeng" brand all-latexes have always been the delivery brands of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, and the annual delivery volume accounted for about 50% of the total volume.
