The annual production of 3 million high-performance intelligent all-steel tires project of Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd. was approved by the environmental protection department of Shenyang Economic Development Zone, China.
The total investment of the project is RMB 2.004 billion yuan (US$286 million), and the environmental protection investment is 51.88 million yuan (US$7.4 million). After reaching production capacity, Sailun (Shenyang) plant will have an annual production capacity of 5 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires, becoming one of the world's largest single TBR factories.
