On August 8, Hainan Rubber Group and Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) signed an agreement. Focus on degrading high-performance polymers, nano clay-rubber masterbatch, high-speed rail shock-absorbing rubber, natural rubber modified asphalt, epoxy natural rubber, electrophoresis flocculated natural rubber, the two parties will implement the supporting strategy of science and technology, further strengthen the cooperation between industry, university and research institute, and develop more natural rubber products with high performance, high added-value, and high-profit margin.
Meanwhile, the two parties will jointly explore a new model of school-enterprise joint training of talents under the background of the construction of a free trade port in Hainan Province, cultivate a new mechanism and new environment suitable for the rapid growth of talents in the natural rubber industry, and build a talent transmission channel for enterprise development needs. They will make full use of both sides' superior resources to realize the rapid transformation of scientific research results and promote China's natural rubber industry towards high-end manufacturing.
