CCTV reports Sailun's intelligent production system

On July 19, China Central Television (CCTV) reported the intelligent production system of Qingdao Sailun Group on "China News" channel.

Recently, Sailun Group and iFlytek Company jointly built the China's first intelligent voiceprint library of industrial rubber equipment, a system that allows machines to speak. In the past, machine fault mainly relied on manual inspection and diagnosis. This system can collect the sound, vibration, temperature, and other equipment operation data in an all-around way, establish a health diagnosis model of the equipment and monitor the health of the equipment to realize intelligent production.

Besides, Sailun Group also released the world's first rubber industry Internet platform - "Rubber Chain Cloud" on June 11, realizing the full life cycle management of tire production core equipment.
