RMB 700 Million Yuan Project of Hoses and Shock Absorption Products is Completed

On September 26, the “Advanced Polymer Material Products Project” of Shandong Meichen Industrial Group Co., Ltd., with RMB 700 million yuan investment, passed the environmental protection acceptance.

The project started construction in May 2018 and was completed in December 2019. It includes constructing three workshops and purchasing MTS fatigue testing machines, injection molding machines, hydraulic molding machines, and other advanced domestic and foreign production and experiment machines. 

The project has an annual production scale of 104.83 million pieces/sets of polymer material products. The main products include extruded hoses, thermoplastic hoses, thrust rods, rubber shock absorbers, silicone hoses, fabric hoses, and air springs.

The rubber mixing center is a 4-story brick-concrete structure with a building area of 7,526 square meters. The annual demand is 4,022 tons of NR, 1,371 tons of EPR, 365 tons of NBR, 4322 tons of ACM, and 11,838 tons of carbon black.
