In the first half of this year, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd successfully developed two large-scale tandem internal mixer production lines. Of which, the world’s first GE420/GE800T has been put into production and will be delivered to customers in January 2021. The GE580/GE1000 has passed the technical review and signed a contract with the customer.
Up to now, Yiyang Rubber & Plastic Machinery has signed a total of 18 new orders for large-scale tandem internal mixers this year.
The picture shows that the GE420 meshing internal mixer independently developed by Yiyang was successfully off the production line on September 28 and passed the on-site test acceptance of domestic customers. The internal mixer adopts a new type of PES5 meshing rotor design. The blank and surfacing alloy are processed by numerical control. The heat transfer effect is good, and the production efficiency is high. This machine can be suitable for the production of various rubber products and tire craft formulas.
