On July 21, Jiangsu Zhonghong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. received approval for the environmental assessment document of "Project with an annual output of 67,000 tons of new materials for road use and waterproofing".
The project has a total investment of 100 million yuan and a construction period of 30 months. It is planned to lease 8777.8 square meters of workshops, introduce 2 sets (sets) of imported equipment such as recycling equipment, and purchase 37 sets (sets) of domestic equipment such as finished product tanks, mixing tanks, and grinding units.
After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of 67,000 tons of road and waterproof new materials will be realized. Among them, high-rubber special building waterproof materials are 47,000 tons per year, and high-rubber emulsified special building waterproof materials are 20,000 tons per year.
The annual consumption of the main raw materials of the project are: more than 47,000 tons of base materials such as petroleum resin and petroleum asphalt, 7,200 tons of fine rubber crumb (or reclaimed rubber), 3,000 tons of styrene butadiene rubber, and 2,400 tons of rubber oil.
