Project with an annual output of 13.2 million tires, planned to settle in Lvliang old revolutionary base

On September 1, the Deputy Mayor of Lvliang Municipal Government, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Luliang Economic Development Zone, and Liu Jinping, Director of the Management Committee, received Li Zhongzhu and his entourage from Qingdao Worui Tire Co., Ltd. and the two parties discussed the land use for the "Electric Vehicle Smart Tire Manufacturing Project" Exchanges and negotiations were conducted with plant requirements, investment and financing plans, etc.

According to Wang Lihua, Technical Director of Worui Tire, the planned production scale of the proposed project is to produce 12 million electric car tires and 1.2 million electric truck and bus tires per year. It is planned to occupy about 800 mu of land.

According to market demand, the project is planned to be invested and constructed in two phases. The investment amount of the first phase is 1.15 billion yuan (excluding land and plant investment). The construction period is 18 months, with an annual output of 6 million electric car tires and 1.2 million electric truck and bus tires. The second phase investment is 500 million yuan (excluding land and plant investment), with an annual output of 6 million electric car tires.

After the project is completed, it is estimated that it will employ about 3,000 workers, with an annual output value of about 3.5 billion yuan, and a profit of about 450 million yuan per year.

Vice Mayor Liu Jinping welcomed Qingdao Worui's investment and inspection, and said that the Qingdao Worui Electric Vehicle Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Project is in line with the "new manufacturing" in the "three new and three major" industries in Lvliang Economic Development Zone, and has its own R&D team and tires. Producing products with patented technology and a promising market. In response to the land, plant, and equipment purchase issues raised by the company during the landing process, Deputy Mayor Liu Jinping made arrangements.
