Liquid Gold Tire was awarded the "Energy Saving Pioneer" cup at CIIE

On November 7, TÜV Rheinland released the results of the road fuel consumption test of Sailun's Liquid Gold tires and awarded it with the "Energy Saving Pioneer" trophy at the 4th China International Import Expo.

According to the person in charge of TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Rheinland cooperated with Sailun Group to design a professional road test program for the Sailun Liquid Golden Tire test project. A heavy-duty truck of a specific brand and model was used to conduct a comparison test of the fuel consumption of the new SFL12.

The results showed that the integrated fuel consumption of Sailun Liquid Gold Truck Tire was 35.63L per 100km, the lowest fuel consumption among the three groups of competing tires tested. It saves 7.96L compared with Competitor One and 7.07L compared with Competitor Two, which verifies the obvious advantage of Sailun Liquid Gold Truck Tire in fuel-saving performance.

The release of the test results and the awarding of the trophy highlight the research and development capability of green and energy-saving products of Sailun Group and the implementation of energy-saving and emission reduction with technical strength. The event was attended by representatives from both parties, including Xu Shuliang, chief consultant of the National Rubber and Tire Engineering Technology Research Center, Wang Jianye, rotating president of Sailun Group, and Huang Yuxin, vice president of transportation services of TÜV Rheinland Greater China.

TÜV Rheinland is an international independent third-party testing, inspection and certification organization. During the testing process, TÜV Rheinland always upholds a professional, transparent, fair and impartial attitude, and uses professional testing equipment throughout the process to collect vehicle speed, mileage, fuel consumption, oil temperature and other data.

It is understood that the whole process is carried out in three test cycles, using the same driver, the same heavy truck, loaded with the same weight of goods, using the same test route (from Qingdao to Yinchuan), maintaining the same average speed on the corresponding section of each cycle, using the same fuel gun at the same petrol station along the way, and filling up with the same fuel product.

The test route includes different terrains such as plains, hills, mountains and plateaus, covering a total distance of more than 10,000 kilometers, and the test cycle lasts for one month, which is the most complicated road condition, the longest driving mileage and the longest test time among similar test projects.
