ContiTech (China) 230m yuan hose project, completed and accepted!

Recently, ContiTech (China) Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. completed the completion acceptance of the "special rubber parts and assemblies production project".

The total investment of the project is 229.34 million yuan (environmental protection investment is 2.25 million yuan), forming an annual production capacity of 720,000 meters of cooling hose, 511,000 meters of turbo hose and 549,000 meters of low pressure steering booster hose.

The project originally planned to invest 37,224,000 US dollars, during the actual construction process, for the consideration of market demand, construction planning and other circumstances, the construction was carried out in phases. The first phase of the project was completed with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of rubber compounds, and was completed and accepted on June 26, 2017.

The project cancelled the construction of "300 pieces of dredging pipes, 335 pieces of oil pipelines, 1.35 million engine hydraulic bearings, 2.52 million engine non-hydraulic bearings, 8.496 million chassis sealing parts, 170,000 CV air springs, and 40 sleeve springs. 10,000 pieces, 2800 pieces of conical springs for rail vehicles".
