Linglong Tire's 7th base, 1st tire offline of phase I

On December 14, the first tire off-line ceremony of Jilin Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. phase I 1.2 million / year all steel radial tire project, the fifth production base of Linglong tire in China and the seventh production base in the world, was held in Changchun.

Jing Junhai, Secretary of Jilin Provincial Party Committee, attended the event and announced the launching of the first tire from the mold.

Han Jun, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and governor, delivered a congratulatory speech on behalf of the provincial party committee and government.

He said that Linglong Tire, as one of the "Top 10 Most Valuable Tire Brands in the World", has maintained a good cooperation relationship with FAW Group for 30 years and is a firm supporter of Jilin's revitalization and development. Jilin Linglong 14.2 million tires intelligent production project as the first digital and intelligent industrial Internet platform in the global tire industry, only 20 months to achieve the first tire off the line, fully reflects the "Jilin speed". We hope that Jilin Linglong Tire Company will seize the opportunity of Jilin revitalization, deepen cooperation with FAW Group, take the first tire offline as an opportunity to start full horsepower, produce at full capacity, fully release production capacity, press ahead with the construction of the second and third phase projects, and strive for early production and efficiency. Changchun City and the relevant provincial departments to provide market-oriented, rule of law, internationalization of the first-class business environment and first-class services to protect, increase investment, attract more auto parts companies to invest in Jilin, rooted in Jilin, revitalization of Jilin.

The first all-steel product-E-PLUS01 that came off the line this time is a new generation of ultra-low rolling resistance product, which reached the EU label AA level in the previous professional test of IDIADA in Spain.

It is understood that the total investment of Jilin Linglong Tire Company is about 4.894 billion yuan, with a design annual output of 12 million semi-steel radial tires, 2 million all-steel radial tires and 200,000 retreaded tires. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and put into production, which will provide supporting services for FAW-Volkswagen, Toyota, Jiefang, Pentium, Red Flag and other brand cars.
