Haian rubber, phase III expansion for OTR tires!

On December 15, the phase III plant construction and OTR tire production line expansion project of Hai'an Rubber Group Co., Ltd. officially started.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 260 million yuan and the construction period is two years.

Guo Zhenan, executive director of Hai'an Rubber Group Co., Ltd., introduced that 150,000 sets of OTR engineering tires / year were added in the project design. The first phase of the project under construction is expected to be put into operation in June next year, with a new capacity of 50,000 sets / year.

Founded in December 2005, Hai'an Rubber is the first national high-tech enterprise with independent brand, independent R & D, manufacturing and mastering core technology specializing in the production of all steel giant engineering radial tire.

Haian Rubber was named as the third batch of "Small Giant" enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the "China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise" in 2021. The production technology of 59/80R63 giant radial tire for dump truck won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in petrochemical industry in 2020.

In September this year, the town of Feng Ting, Xianyou, Fujian, was listed as COVID-19 high risk area. The company donated 1 million yuan and donated 500,000 yuan to support the epidemic prevention work in Xianyou county.
