Beijing (Feb. 3, 2012) – It is not only Western tyre makers who are being affected by brand infringement in China. A recent case saw The New Tianjin company being sued over its choice of trading names, which were similar to those of pre-existing tyre makers.

A court ruled in favour of the trademark holders and issued fines to the new company.
