Sanming Double-Wheel Chemical Machinery Independently Developed New-type Vulcanization Tanks

After over 8 months of independent research, design and manufacture, Fujian Sanming Double-Wheel Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of LLG3200x2x18000 vulcanization tanks, which were delivered to customers recently and passed the commissioning test for one time. The finished products produced by these tanks show good performance and receive high praise from users.

Since the beginning of the 1990s, the technical transformation for tire vulcanizing equipment by “replacing tank with machine” has been vigorously promoted and implemented in rubber industry. Although other vulcanizing devices have developed greatly over the years, vulcanization tank is still indispensable for some rubber products, such as rubber tubes, rubber shoes, rubber covered rollers, etc. and is also applied to manufacturing moulded products, rubberized fabric products and cables.
